Access: Secure download links may expire after the period displayed on the payment-confirmation page.

Refunds and support: If a confirmed payment is made but the product cannot be accessed because of a delivery fault, contact customer support with the order reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

Customer responsibility: Enter an email address you can access and keep your order reference and secure download link private.

Refund review: Because this is a digital product, refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the transaction, including duplicate charges, failed delivery or material access problems. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
